Bull Mountain Brothers is a podcast hosted by two brothers who have spent their entire lives deeply submerged in the outdoors. along with them, they are joined by friends Sean Morris and Matt Schaff. Sean and Matt are also rooted in the outdoors and tag along for this new adventure. The four brothers, two by blood and two by friendship are never satisfied unless they are fully engulfed in a hobby or passion.

Structurally the podcast will have moments of reflection on hunting, fishing, knowledge from years of practice from game time situations, humorous banter, opinions on any outdoors matters, and everything outdoors. Sprinkled with sports, entertainment, current events, and well whatever the hell we want to talk about.

I have always found it to be slight challenge to write things about myself. Do I brag about myself? What talents do I have? Where did I come from? All can and will be answered over the future episodes so please listen in! For now, let’s talk about the basics.

Born and raised in South central Montana. Hunting and fishing have been a way of life since I was born. Current time I focus my efforts on perfecting my skills in bowhunting for elk, and fly fishing. I have found out over the years that I have to simplify my hobbies due to the fact I have more interests than what some may say is humanly possible. My interests are unlimited, and I think that in itself is what has brought Ramsey, Sean, and I together to do a podcast. Hunting, fishing, and all outdoor hobbies aside. The two of us love sports, entertainment, weightlifting, and much more. We find that our strongest attribute is our ability to relate with so many subjects and cannot wait to share our stories and opinions throughout the many episodes of Bull Mountain Brothers. We are very excited to bring our experiences to the listeners.

Growing up in South Central Montana is kind of weird, because on one hand you have a huge agriculture world, and flat open prairies, but if you travel an hour in any direction, you have huge mountain ranges. I think this really worked in my benefit for how I grew up and who I’ve become.

On a normal day off you can find me doing anything from taking a drive down a backroad through wheat fields, or throwing a fly on some mountain river somewhere, cussing myself for forgetting that one fly my buddy told me was crushing the rainbows the last time he went out, I live to chase the early archery season sound of bugles, and trudging through the snow in late November looking for that rutted up mule deer buck.

I also enjoy keeping up with the who’s who of my favorite sports team, trapping, ice fishing, and a lot more. I’m glad you stumbled upon our life’s, and hope you stick around for a while, because as long as we have listeners were going to keep sharing our adventures and stories!

I grew up on the central side of Montana where the wind blows every day and if it ever quit i would most likely fall over. I grew up playing football and hockey and enjoyed every moment. I moved to Billings a short 4 years ago to complete a college degree and that is where I met Ramsey and we became fast friends.

Most weekends depending on season I am typically out hunting or fishing. I started fishing at a young age and fell in love with it. Fly Fishing and ice fishing really took over a lot of my time on my free weekends. Hunting for me started only 4 years ago and I fell in love. Archery hunting has taken my passion to the next level, chasing a bugling bull or just the comradery that it brings with friends.

Hunting and fishing are a big part of my life, and I will continue to grow and learn to become a better sportsman. I enjoy every moment of the outdoors and I hope we can bring you guys some quality background noise to enjoy!
